Portal Woodlands Pledges
Martlesham Parish Council is pleased to confirm that the Pledge Agreement for the proposed purchase of Portal Woodlands is now available.
To help make this possible, we are inviting residents and supporters to pledge a financial contribution towards the purchase.
If you would like to support the bid, please complete and return the Pledge Agreement. Payments can be made by bank transfer (please use your name and the date that the form was signed as your reference) or cheque, with full details provided in the form. Any pledged funds must be received by 14th October 2026, although payments may be made earlier.
In the event that the Council is unsuccessful in its bid to purchase the land, funds received will be returned within 28 days of the end of the Pledge Period.
