Neighbourhood Watch Community Meetings
Community, Coffee & Conversation
As part of our Neighbourhood Watch scheme, we will host regular meetings at the Martlesham Heath Pavilion and our Parish Room. These friendly gatherings will offer a welcoming space for residents to enjoy a coffee and a chat with neighbours.
Our aim is to reduce social isolation, encourage open conversations about local issues, and share valuable information on available services and crime prevention advice.
As our community grows, we hope these sessions will become a vibrant hub where we can explore topics of interest together and invite guest speakers to provide insight and support.
We also take pride in showcasing the incredible work of our local charities, who play a vital role in supporting residents and strengthening our wider community.

We would like to thank everyone who joined us at our Neighbourhood Watch Cyber Security session on the 24th February at our Parish Room.
We were pleased to welcome Gemma Theobald, a Cyber Security Advisor from Suffolk Constabulary, who shared practical advice for staying safe online and keeping our personal data secure. The session covered a broad range of scams from social engineering and spear phishing to voice cloning and deepfakes from AI tools. As our lives become increasingly digital, new opportunities for crime continue to emerge, and taking the right protective measures can help to keep you and your loved ones safe.
We are also happy to share that the first phase of new scheme signage is now in place with, with laminates for the older signs on the way soon. A big thank you to our volunteers for helping to get the signs installed.
